Aromatherapy Massage
This
is a very relaxing massage using essential
oils specially chosen to suit your needs. It can help with many
conditions including stress, tension, anxiety, depression, fatigue,
migraines, headaches, muscular pain, PMT, arthritis, menopausal
problems and fluid retention. Our prices are reasonable with a back
massage costing just £15 for 30 mins and
full body massage is £28 for 1 hour.

Bowen Technique / Sports Injury
A
no-nonsense gentle treatment which is ideal for back and neck pain,
RSI, sports injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, chronic fatigue,
respiratory conditions, headaches, migraines and kidney problems. It
is popular with men and women and is safe to use during pregnancy.

Hopi Ear Candles (Thermal Auricular Therapy)
This
is a gentle and non-invasive treatment of the ears. It is painless
and suitable for adults and children. The Hopi candle is a
hollow tube impregnated with herbs. The candle is placed over the ear
and ignited. It is only allowed to burn to within 4 inches of the end
of the candle so it is perfectly safe. As it burns it produces a gentle
heat which works with the herbs to soften the wax and draw it out of
the ear. It can help with sinusitis, rhinitis, wax, earache,
headaches, migraines & irritation e.g. tinnitus.

is a form of acupressure using the feet. Pressure is applied to
specific points of the feet which allows the
body to start to heal itself. It is relaxing, even for those with

problems, headaches and migraines, period pains, depression, sinus
problems, back pain, stress and much more.

is a hands-on Japanese healing treatment which is very relaxing. A
simple yet effective treatment for promoting emotional, spiritual,

boost to anyone who is run down or recovering from ill health.
Yvonne is a Reiki Master who also holds training courses in Reiki 1
and 2 which are ideal for anyone who would like to learn to use reiki themselves.
