A no-nonsense gentle treatment which is ideal for back and neck pain, RSI, sports injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, chronic fatigue, respiratory conditions, headaches, migraines and kidney problems. Hopi Ear Candles (Thermal Auricular Therapy)
This is a gentle and non-invasive treatment of the ears. It is painless and suitable for adults and children.  The Hopi candle is a hollow tube  impregnated with herbs. The candle is placed over the ear and ignited. It is only allowed to burn to within 4 inches of the end of the candle so it is perfectly safe. As it burns it produces a gentle heat which works with the herbs to soften the wax and draw it out of the ear.  It can help with sinusitis, rhinitis, wax, earache, headaches, migraines & irritation e.g. tinnitus.

Hypnotherapy / Hypnosis
This is a safe, proven treatment for long standing conditions, emotional trauma and stress. It is also effective for treating phobias, fears, stress, weight issues, smoking, nail biting and exam anxiety.

Indian Head Massage
The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It is ideal for relieving stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis.

Reflexology
This is a form of acupressure using the feet. Pressure is applied to specific points of the feet which allows the body to start to heal itself. It is relaxing, even for those with ticklish feet! It can be a preventive measure or an aid in healing with conditions such as joint pains, constipation or digestive problems, headaches and migraines, period pains, depression, sinus problems, back pain, stress and much more.

Reiki
This is a hands-on Japanese healing treatment which is very relaxing. A simple yet effective treatment for promoting emotional, spiritual, physical and mental wellbeing and growth.  It is ideal as a boost to anyone who is run down or recovering from ill health.  Yvonne is a Reiki Master who also holds training courses in Reiki 1 and 2 which are ideal for anyone who would like to learn to use reiki themselves.

Swedish Massage
